At ModalAI, I contributed to advancing robot and drone technology by creating and maintaining user-centered product documentation and marketing content. I was responsible for over 100 pages of customer-facing documentation, ensuring updates for product releases and specifications. I led a website theme refresh for improved aesthetics and usability using JS/SCSS. Additionally, I produced a video for the AUVSI awards and half a dozen customer-facing video tutorials.
